Damaged or Broken Items
If your jar or item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery using our “Contact Us” form. Include your order number, full name, a photo of the damaged item, and a brief description of its condition.
Once reviewed, we will be happy to arrange a replacement.
